Terms & Conditions QQClubs – Platform Rules for All Malaysian Members

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform qqclubs, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is ongoing and applies each time you use qqclubs's services.

These Terms are a living document and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable rules.

• Registering an account constitutes automatic acceptance of all terms in effect at that time.
• If you disagree with any of these terms, you are entitled to close your account and stop using the platform.
• These Terms apply to all users regardless of how or by what means they access the qqclubs platform.

To register and use the platform qqclubs, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. QQClubs maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Nationality / Location: This platform is intended for users located in Malaysia. Access from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an Employee or Employee's Family Member: Individuals employed by qqclubs or their immediate family members are not permitted to open a player account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) qqclubs account active at any one time. This includes situations where an individual uses different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless there is substantial evidence of unauthorised access.
• Transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• QQClubs reserves the right to verify a member's identity through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time deemed necessary.

Platform qqclubs only accepts deposits via payment methods that are recognised and approved in Malaysia, ensuring secure and convenient transactions for all members.

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the qqclubs member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• QQClubs does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit fails due to a third-party technical error, the funds will be returned within 1–3 business days.
• QQClubs reserves the right to decline or return any suspicious deposit without providing a reason.

All withdrawal requests from the account qqclubs subject to verification procedures and set limits to ensure the safety of your funds.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (standard members); RM 100,000 (VIP Gold members and above).
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for amounts below RM 10,000.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000, additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the stipulated rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.

All bonuses and promotions offered by qqclubs are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover Requirement: Most bonuses require a rollover of between 5x and 20x before withdrawals are permitted. Exact requirements are stated on each promotional offer.
• Validity Period: Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the specified period (typically 7–30 days) will expire automatically.
• Only one account per individual, household, IP address, or device may claim any promotion.
• QQClubs reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Members suspected of abusing the bonus system will have their related bonuses and winnings voided.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed directly for cash.

All bets placed on the platform qqclubs is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game type. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active bet, qqclubs reserves the right to void the affected match and issue a full credit refund.
• For Sports Betting events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, or MLBB e-sports — official results from the governing body are final.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (except in-play bets explicitly offered as such) will be automatically voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are subject to change without notice. Please check the current limits within the game interface.
• QQClubs reserves the right to decline or limit bets from any member without providing a reason.

QQClubs maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, and platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through structured deposit and withdrawal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly.
• Providing false information or fraudulent identity documents.
• Sharing or selling account access to another party.

QQClubs reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in certain circumstances. Equally, members may close their own account at any time.

• Closure at member's request: Contact qqclubs customer support and request account closure. Any remaining balance (subject to rollover requirements) will be processed within 5 business days.
• Suspension by QQClubs: May occur due to fraud, breach of terms, security investigations, or regulatory authority instructions.
• Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently through the account settings section or by contacting support.

QQClubs respects the privacy of all members and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Your personal information is collected solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• All data is stored on servers protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

QQClubs provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform. The following liability limits apply:

• QQClubs is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or system failures beyond our control.
• Qqclubs' maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• QQClubs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, qqclubs reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the credits.

QQClubs reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason deemed necessary by management.

• Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before they take effect.
• Minor changes that do not affect members' fundamental rights may take effect immediately.
• The last updated date is clearly displayed at the top of this page for your reference.
• Your continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
